Brad Rose
I have been practicing law in Colorado since 1994. A Colorado native, I earned my law degree at the University of Denver College of Law. Prior to that, I attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, earning an MBA with an emphasis in Finance. I advise my clients on general business and corporate law, aircraft acquisition, disposition, operation, leasing, time sharing agreements, financing, 1031. exchanges, airport operations and governance, landlord/tenant issues, and Federal Aviation Administration regulatory matters, including FAA certificate action defense. My practice also includes family law, estate planning, and probate.
